To begin this series of articles I should like to start at the end with the furthest most planet Pluto. For it is as well to remember that every beginning necessitates an end. This is the secret of the Creation that has no beginning. Though this is a difficult and complex issue it will become clear within your inner being as you progress along your spiritual path.
This then is the realm of Pluto. it is associated with transformation, though it is often experienced as death and destruction. Let it be clear though that whatever Pluto destroys he renews. in other words he transforms. This is a fundamental Law of the Universe. for something to begin. something must end, to experience new life we must experience death, the old must always make way for the new.
What we experience though is the effect of Pluto and we would do well to remember that a things effect is not its essence. If you where to write down or describe your life in terms of what you have done. What effect you have had on others and the world in general. we may be able to gather some clues as to your essence but you would not be describing you. To understand you we would need to know not how you acted but why you acted.
What then is the essence of Pluto? Pluto is the driving force in the Universe. It is power, it is continuous re-creation without which the Universe would cease to exist.
This is not to say that the actual planet named Pluto has any physical power to maintain the Universe for that would be absurd. What we are saying is that the planet Pluto, when considered by its relationship to other bodies in the solar system is representative of the Pluto essence which is an existing force in the Universe that is everywhere within the Universe for we can see the force of Pluto everywhere and in everything. When we examine the human body we see cells dying and being replaced,this is the Universal force of Pluto continually recreating our bodies for as long as we need them. It is the same force that can devastate our lives with the breakdown of a relationship or the loss of a job.
The knowledge of the Pluto essence though will help us to see further than the loss, further than the dying cells and enable us to view it as the natural unfoldment of our lives. For re-creation is the way of creation, further on you will realise that nothing stays the same so without re-creation everything would cease to be.
This leads us to the divine essence of Pluto, because without it nothing could exist for very long, so the emanation of this force is an act of love. I realise that it is difficult to see Pluto as love because this is love in essence and very far removed from what we normally consider as love, but we must come to realise that love is not an act or a feeling. love is the driving force of the universe. It is that Divine translucent White Light, the pull toward higher states of awareness, the goal of our spiritual path. Pluto is the power driving the Universe, Love is the power driving the Universe. Pluto is transforming, Love is transforming.
We must learn not to see Pluto in its destructive but in its re-constructive. An we must learn to recognise Love as an unstoppable force. for this is the essence of Pluto.
