NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
Devised in the 1970's by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, building on the approach of Milton Erickson and others, this approach uses linguistic formats to work with the 'wiring' of the brain, using enhanced communication strategies to reframe and eliminate problems. It is fast, effective and lasting.
