The initial consultation.
Before any pet care is considered, Pet Paws carries out a detailed free consultation with the prospective client. This gives the owners and pets the chance to meet Pet Paws staff, we arrange a convenient time to come and visit you, to show our credentials, police checks, insurance details etc.
The consultation allows questions from both parties, to allay any concerns, such as illnesses, disabilities, medication. The likes and dislikes your pet may have, obtain your vets details, emergency contact numbers (family or friends), what security measures you would like pet paws to do ie., lights, curtains, post, and arrange to take possession of keys and alarm codes.
The client can ask whatever questions they feel necessary at the consultation.
